LUGB Vortex Flow Sensor

The vortex flow sensor itself does not have on-site display function, and only transmits the flow signal in the form of three wire voltage pulses for remote output. Power supply+12VDC or+24VDC, with a remote transmission distance of 1000m. The instrument is inexpensive, highly integrated, and compact in size, making it particularly suitable for use with computer control systems such as secondary display devices.

Selection of Vortex Flow Meter Types:

1. Battery powered, no output, Chinese character display (showing instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow rate)

2. DC24V power supply, output 4-20mA, Chinese character display (displaying instantaneous flow and cumulative flow)

3. DC24V power supply, output 4-20mA and dual power supply with built-in battery (display instantaneous flow and cumulative flow)

4. Integrated temperature and pressure compensation (can be powered by batteries or 24VDC, displaying temperature, pressure, instantaneous flow, and cumulative flow)

Note: When measuring steam, the mass flow rate in tons or kilograms is displayed with temperature and pressure compensation, while the volume flow rate in cubic meters is displayed without temperature and pressure compensation. When measuring gas and natural gas, the standard flow rate Nm3 is displayed with temperature and pressure compensation, while the operating flow rate m3 is displayed without temperature and pressure compensation.
